Official Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Foxtrot Oscar Dance ("the Promoter").

2. The Prize

  • The prize is one (1) full 6-week term of Postnatal Parent & Baby Dance-Fitness classes in South London provided by Foxtrot Oscar Dance.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.

  • If the winner cannot attend the specified term dates/location, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entry.

3. Eligibility & Medical Safety

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Postnatal Safety Requirement: To participate in the classes, participants must be at least 6 weeks postnatal (or 12 weeks post-C-section) and have received full medical clearance from their GP/midwife to return to exercise before attending their first class.

  • Participants must provide their own ergonomic, safety-approved baby carrier/sling suitable for their infant's age and weight.

  • Employees, representatives, or immediate family members of Foxtrot Oscar Dance are excluded from winning.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry is via Instagram only. Entrants must:

    1. Follow @foxtrotoscar_dance on Instagram.

    2. Like the official Giveaway post.

    3. Share the post to their public Instagram Story and tag @foxtrotoscar_dance. (If your account is private, a screenshot of the Story must be sent via DM to verify entry).

  • No purchase necessary to enter.

5. Closing Date & Winner Selection

  • The competition opens on 7th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 24th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independent random generator within 48 hours of the closing date.

6. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted directly via Direct Message from our official handle (@foxtrotoscar_dance) ONLY.

  • Security Notice: We will never ask for bank details or ask you to click external registration links to claim a prize. Beware of scam accounts.

  • The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification. If unclaimed, a runner-up will be selected.

7. Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

8. General & Privacy

  • Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be used to administer the giveaway and book class attendance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity (e.g., a photo/tag announcing the winner, unless requested otherwise for privacy reasons).
