Parent & baby ‘Strictly-style’ dance fitness (baby wearing)

Tuesdays 10-11am

6-week term running until 19 May

Price per term: £85

Drop-in price: £15

(£5 for first-timers - turn up and pay on door)

Please ensure you have had your 6-week postnatal GP check-up before attending. 12 weeks recommended for C-section recovery.

Baby-carrier/sling fit checks by a certified baby-wearing peer supporter.

Improvers/Intermediate Ballroom & Latin

Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm

Please note the existing Beginners class has shifted half an hour later to 7.30-8.30pm.

For dancers who have attended beginner Ballroom & Latin classes for at least 6 months (recommended). Feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss your suitability.

Join us at Capital Dance School in Marylebone, central London, on Thursday evenings 6.30-7.30pm.
